Can I customize the product?

Yes. Most of our products can be personalized with names, initials, or other custom details.
You can enter your personalization directly on the product page before adding the item to your cart.

Can I change my personalization after placing an order?

Orders can only be modified within 12 hours after purchase.
Once production has started, we may not be able to change the customization details.

How long does it take to make my order?

All of our items are made to order.

Typical processing time is 2–5 business days.
This includes customization, production, and quality inspection.

How long does shipping take?

Estimated shipping times:

United States: 7–10 business days
International orders: 8–18 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary due to customs processing or carrier delays.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.

You can use this tracking number on our Track Order page to view the delivery status of your package.

Will the product look exactly like the preview?

While we strive to match the design as closely as possible, slight variations may occur due to:

  • embroidery process

  • fabric texture

  • screen display differences

These variations are normal and part of the handcrafted customization process.

Can I return a personalized item?

Because our products are customized and made to order, we generally do not accept returns unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
